And Saban made a stud WR (Corey Webster) a CB...and a great one at that.

Damn, I was hoping he would replace the hole in our hearts at the safety position. I miss Jamal Adams.

Looks like Delpit and Harris are for real! And we've got them for at least 3 years.

And don't forget we still got Eric Monroe and Cam Lewis who can ball out as well. The Safety position is gonna be just fine for a while now

No shite.
Of all things, I did not see this coming.

I hope this turns into a Josh Reed type of deal.

I think the main story here is the emergence of Todd Harris

Not a huge surprise with Harris. Plaquemine always has incredible athletes and Harris stood out on his team.

I'm excited to see what Stevens can do in the slot. Could be a matchup nightmare for our opponents.

This is positive on so many levels. Stevens obviously has the potential to be a great WR, but it also takes some pressure off for us having to sign so many WR's in this recruiting class.

Hey, at least the news wasn't "he transferred".

Stevens may have WANTED to play WR. We don't know.

Our WR position needs some toughness and not just athletes.
Hopefully Stevens is physical and athletic, something we have sorely lacked since Landry graduated.

As I said in the other thread, I'm excited to see this given his athleticism. Also note that Aranda would likely fight moving this kid to the other side of the ball unless he has someone just as good.

He's playing slot exclusively or just getting some reps there?

This is a good thing. It means that we are fine at safety. Otherwise, the coaches wouldn't have the luxury of playing Stevens at WR.
