stop being so dramatic
You have no idea how or why they were let go. You just know that they were let go. It's not like Brian Kelly had a press conference saying we had to cut bait with some bad coaches. There's not even a new/press release about it and won't be for the small positions they held. So maybe stop saying people are being "disrespected" simply by not being kept in their jobs. This is the real world. It's a business.

Dude former players are like a club and if they start turning on BK then next thing you know Booger and Spears start talking negatively about him then it's the end of BK

so is it your position that we just keep any former players on staff forever as long as they want to be here?
Booger and Spears aren't going to give two shits about an assistant analyst and an admin assistant in the football program being let go from their jobs. Kevin Faulk, an LSU legend, was let go from an actual on-field coaching job and I don't recall there being a mutiny from LSU former players. The guys in these jobs understand this is a business and most also understand it's nothing personal when they lose jobs

Moscona said on his show that there are some stories and accusations on social media about these guys getting let go. Anyone know what he is referring to?
Posted on 1/16/25 at 4:33 pm to Volvagia
Do these guys (Jacoby and Nick) have other responsibilities, like making sure Freshman, RS Freshman, etc. are doing the "right thing". The timing of this makes me wonder.

No, I do not believe Brossette and Stevens were let go because Hurley crashed his car into a tree at 2:45 am...

I find it so awesome to watch people’s whole being be taken over by Orange Man Bad.
If Jacoby Stevens being let go directs your thoughts to Trump, you need to reevaluate many things.

New semester, new season started. The timing makes perfect sense

Pretty sure he was making $150k as an analyst. Absolutely cost cutting.

No. What I am saying is that there is no reason to release to the public that they were fired unless you're intentionally trying to throw them under the bus
Posted on 1/16/25 at 5:02 pm to Lsutigerturner
I don't know. That's why I literally asked that exact question.

Why do Rantards keep saying he wasn't qualified?

What are you even talking about dude? There was no formal press release. These reports are coming from the media. Regardless, lsu is a state university. They can’t not report who is or isn’t an employee. No one was “thrown under the bus” to the public and it’s not like staff changes are going to be a secret
Again, it’s as if you think former players can’t be let go for any reason without it being “disrespectful.” Thats just not how the real world works

How is LSU handling it? Are they releasing statements or is it just being reported through the grapevine?

Are you aware what a mutiny is?

TD says Jacques reported it on WAFB

Link to the LSU press release?

So LSU isn’t actually doing anything. A local reporter is reporting on staff updates and you’re having a hissy fit that Brian Kelly and the university are ruining their lives and making them look incompetent. Even though LSU isn’t actually saying anything about it.
