Not that it's relevant to a DOJ policy that was put in place decades prior to his admin.

Ruling itself
quote:
Special counsel Robert Mueller scored one of the biggest legal wins of his tenure on Tuesday, as a federal appeals court rejected claims that his appointment was unconstitutional.
In a unanimous ruling, a three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals turned aside arguments that Mueller wields so much power as a special prosecutor that he should have been nominated by the president and confirmed by the Senate.

They named him long prior to the election occurred. I think we can all agree at the time of the appointment Biden and his inner circle thought they were viable in 2024.

Why has this been slow walked out? "Oh look we found a new batch of burn bag documents," every 2 to 3 weeks? "Oh look Smith committed perjury again" as he trolls at a commie Springsteen concert.,
A steady stream of by the book investigative actions but mooks don’t know any better and always assume the worst. A good way to keep the mooks upset in perpetuity.

But that wasn’t the question. The answer is YES. Because we now know he received counsel from John Brennan when his team met on 11/3/2023.
He said he has never met John Brennan.
"His team" meeting with Brennan doesn't make that untruthful

....what? Do you not agree in November 2022, Biden and his inner circle thought they were viable in the 2024 election?

You’re now defending his hire after you said it was never in doubt. You wouldn’t be doing such if it was never questioned.

Smith could have waited until Trump was inaugurated if h wanted to be evil, but he did it not long after the election to avoid the scenario you just posted about

I'm not "Defending" anything except the truth
And I said his DC appointment was not in doubt, and the prosecution vicariously. I just cited you the ruling that supported my claim (after discussing this in detail in a prior post)
Cannon is the outlier ruling

There are piles of cases where the DOJ and Military Justice system lied, fabricated evidence, withheld exculpatory evidence and on and on. To destroy the lives of those who dedicated their lives and risked their lives to defend the nation.
Eddie Gallagher, Clint Lorance, the Nisour Square Blackwater guys, John Koriakou, President Trump etc.

If there was a ruling it was in doubt. Again you like to dance. I’ve also acknowledged vol 2 being under cannons discretion but that is because of the legality of the evidence and procedures of such. Just like Trump still had executive privilege for having documents which was the premise of mar a lago raid. Biden did not and with prejudice it was never investigated by the same DOJ.

So has Jack Smith committed perjury, or not? Is all of this and meetings with Brennan on the books in a fla grand jury?
Or is your Jack safe and trolling everyone at a leftist jackbooted fists up commie concert?
Is Jack your hero?

That was settled with the DC Court of Appeals ruling in December 2019
There was nothing in doubt, especially in the DC cicuit
