THIS IS A MASSIVE VIOLATION
Jack Smith is a deep state criminal who should face prosecution!
I'm sure SFP will be along shortly to tell us that he is shocked and flabbergasted by this behavior and that he was wrong about Jack Smith before and Smith should be prosecuted. Right?

Now now. SFP will be along shortly to talk about Jack Smith but not like you think. SFP will insist that is was very well in jack Smith's pervue to monitor all of the call logs and act in accordance with the constitution.

How was he able to get a warrant for the lawyers? You cant tap a lawyer for defending a client.

It's using the metadata rather than actually listening to what is being said on the call. Who called whom, when, and for how long. Federal law considers this trap and trace surveillance and Smith had the FBI tracking her calls and communications with more than 21 Trump lawyers, journalists, and advisors.

They went through Susie Wiles, tracing her calls instead. They were most interested in calls around the time of her interview with the FBI and her subsequent calls to lawyers.

We’re reaching a point with some of these clown prosecutors where the simple act of a defendant cooperating with his lawyer on a defense will warrant a conspiracy charge.
