At the beginning of the year, I had this in mind as a loss. But what I've seen so far has me excited.

Yeah, we have problems in our secondary and linebacking corps, but we can run the ball and control the clock on anybody. That's exactly what we are going to need to win at Florida and South Carolina. I hope no one talks about us on TV and we continue to slip along undefeated as an "also ran".

I never feel good about heading into the swamp. Just because they lost to Ole Miss doesn't mean they aren't better than Auburn. I hope we play our best and don't turn the ball over.

That's certainly not what I meant at all. I know that games in the SEC mean nothing week-to-week. I also think we will be much better than we were at Auburn.

For all of his talent, Jamarcus was not the guy to have on the road in the SEC. Plus we were so reliant on him and our passing game two years ago.

I always feel nauseous about going in there.

When was the last time Florida lost twice in the swamp in one year?

I'd rather go this year than next.

Our secondary are rookies and I expect them to play at a high level of intensity at the Swamp. I am not concerned with the LB play...hopefully the kinks are worked out and we smash them in the mouth right out of the blocks!!

Their offense will pick our defense apart ... again.

Well, I feel good that we ran the ball with power and effectiveness at Auburn, who I think has a better D than Florida. And, we're getting more comfortable with the passing game...its less of an unknown.

This is a requirement to win at Florida to keep their offense off the field and our defense fresh so we can keep getting after Tebow.

If the game wasn't at The Swamp and that they will be playing with their backs to the wall because of the UM loss, I'd be much more confident.

We may very well lose in the Swamp. I have a better feeling than usual about going there but it is so tiring to hear this kind of talk before every big game.

What have we done in the past three years to prove that we are not a big game team?

you are crazy, noone should feel good about going into the swamp, playing a FL team that just got a wake up call, they will play tough and we are very young at MANY key positions.

I hope I'm wrong but I just don't have a good feeling about going to the swamp.

Last year, didn't they lose the week before coming the death valley? And a bunch of people were crying "they won't lose two in a row!"

Not saying we'll win, but I think last week will not effect the outcome, even if they are two home games in a row.

I'm not saying that we are a lock to win at all. I feel better than normal. I don't feel good about going to Gainesville. I feel as good as possible though. I'm just tired of reading about how terrible we are because we didn't show up to blow out .... WHO? ... Mississippi State. That's right some people think we suck because we didn't get up for Moo State.

They nearly beat us last year in Baton Rouge. I don't expect our DC's to pursue an aggressive defensive scheme, and I believe Tebow will have time to make plays and move the ball. Last year they scored 24 ... I think they will score at least as many this year, and I'm not convinced we can keep up.

Understand ... I HOPE I'M WRONG!

I think we can keep up. Florida's D has not been impressive yet this year. Tebow hasn't looked as good as he did last year either (nor has the entire Florida offense).

yeah, I agree, its getting old. MSU is playing spoiler for the rest of the season, they had/have nothing to lose, they started a new running qb, and LSU wasn't up to play.

I think we will play well @ FL, I just don't think we get the win. I was actually very confident that we would finally win at AU.

...I felt better about LSU heading into the Swamp two years ago than I do now, and we all know what happened that day on CBS: by committing blunder after blunder all day long, we laid a big egg for the whole nation to witness, eliminating us from both the national and sec championship races.

yeah, watching all of those Saban recruits choke on the big stage was sicking.

I think Miles learned alot that yr, I think he better prepares his team, plus Dumbo Fisher isn't our OC.
