I've heard the name Jesus Christ. It wasn't said in any way related to LSU or it's athletic programs, but I've heard it said.

Former LSU football player in the all too brief Arnsparger era. He played at the same time as LSU WR Derrick Saulsberry and also USC QB Sean Salisbury.
I always got the three of them confused, especially when the two teams squared off on September 29, 1984.

I’ve known Verge for a long time. Went to LSU with him, had classes with him. Good, solid guy who would do a good, solid job...as an interim. He’s not a permanent solution.
