Man. The polarization on this board. If you wouldn’t have included that last part about the storied program then you may have had a clean sweep on likes.
It is 100% true that historically it is not common to have 3 really good starters in college. However, we played against at least 6 teams in conference that have solid 3rd arms. Different these days with the portal. Reality is that it’s no one’s fault. Brought in a dude who was one of the best pitchers in the Big East and our presumed Ace, Thatcher, has been terrible.
It’s also 100% true that it has been incredibly frustrating to watch this team on Sundays. And that our Sunday situation is beyond terrible and unexpected for a team like LSU. Not sure how anyone could argue the alternative.

Our prestigious pitching group really isn't prestigious at all. I'll give them another chance in the big tournament.

LOL. Except for the previous five games ( ~20 games really) which included a 1 hitter against the best team in the conference and 1 run allowed to border national seed.

Sure. It most certainly doesn’t mean 5.00+ ERA either.
Just trotting a dude out there to give up 4 runs over 6 innings every Sunday doesn’t make him “solid”.

It’s coming!!! I think they are close ulhoa maybe the guy but I still believe in thatcher if he can get one more inning than he did tonight it won’t be bad! The only difference from other day 3 games is we hit the ball better this time! Kinda bailed them out
