I'm afraid this isn't going to happen. He's said before that changes are needed, but continued on with the status quo.

but the notion he's going to just flip the bird to everyone and keep status quo is silly.

Why? He is stubborn, he thinks he is right and he has a contract that pays him well for four more years no matter what he does.

Why should he do anything that makes him uncomfortable?

It's simple. They aren't gonna do shite as long as miles is here. He won't change.

He's truly coaching in the kitchen now. If he understands the intensity, he will be aggressive in grading his staff's performance. He did allude to this at his presser.

If not, then he really has dementia or DGAF.

Man you sound like you are pulling at straws, the program is screwed just like it has been

There were several tv shots of Cam in the press box, showing him looking very frustrated; question is, was it over the players' performances or CLM changing his play call?

im guessing performance...unless you believe that Miles has the playbook memorized because i don't think he's walking around with a play sheet like Sean Payton

to summarize....the coaching staff puts together a gameplan....Cam calls the plays....Miles can say run/pass/fake if he wants.

IMO...Cam needs to be on the sideline

sorry if i ruined y'alls bitchfest...please continue

Last year's A&M game where we ran a very different offense from the first 11 weeks. Or do we not give credit for things like that?

I'd say this is only true because in the past we were losing close games and the approach seemed acceptable enough

The last 2 years we've had several blow out losses and I think that is the game changer

I think people would accept a 2 loss season if the losses are close against top competition. People won't accept 2 to 3 blow out losses a year and he knows it

Yea, he gets it.
He said in the presser-" I thought our offense played with imagination "

You are aware the lack of execution was the issue Saturday, right? Good plays were called.

He's out recruiting with Cameron. Peveto is too good of a recruiter in North LA. Steele saved his job versus TAMU. Status Quo

If no coaching changes are by by the end of recruiting we will all know exactly what to expect for next season. I also agree that Miles will never change.

Les does not really see a problem, so why change. That will be his legacy.

You take yourself too seriously. I'm not about to argue with someone more stubborn than Miles himself. Have a great day
