It’s really incredible what Orgeron has done in less than a calendar year....

After the championship game, excitement and positivity for the football program were likely at an ALL TIME high. Fast forward to where we are now and all I can say is wow. Has their ever been this much of an immediate downfall in any sport in history? It’s really impressive. Life comes at you fast.

Here comes all the excuses: Covid, Brennan injury, players leaving in the draft etc.

Truth is.. there’s no excuse. Mascona had a justified rant.

When you have the resources, the talent, and support for the football team there is NO EXCUSE TO BE A STEAMING PILE OF CAT DIARRHEA

It is likely with the 4 OOC games we would've had a similar season to that team, but none of this off the field shite happened and even they had a reputation for being dirty.

It depresses and stuns me, frankly. I would like to know what has created this cataclysmic decline. I have a suspicion that the atmosphere created by the pandemic has amplified and exacerbated errors that would have otherwise been benign or, at least, surmountable.

This is one disaster after another for a whole year. Nightmare after winning a national title. It never ends.

Orgeron sinking the program was the biggest worry that many of us questioning the hire had. We were made to eat crow by the rah rah crowd over and over for the last 14 months.

Looks like our concerns were warranted, but not even the most pessimistic of us thought the program could go down this quickly.

To me that means the coach hadn't built expectations and maintained a culture of excellence.

And if I may get personal for just a second, he ended a 20 something year marriage and started fricking a girl young enough to be his daughter. Which, is sick in itself. Pedophile level sick. That was his personal relationships.

Then he terminated his professional relationships by talking shite about his assistant coaches and basically shoving them out the door.

I mean this guy really went on a mission of self destruction and took no prisoners.

It’s what happens when people with massive egos and inferiority complexes have success.

Even while we were kicking arse last year with Burrow, I never fully trusted Orgeron.

I remember why were pissed off at Joe Alleva in the first place for sticking with Orgeron. The amazing 2019 season just let us memory hole that for a while but it's back now with a vengeance.

I agree that his personal life got in the way of his job and banging a younger women and letting pics get out screams of irresponsibility.

But get out with the pedophilia bullshite.

I’m not a big Ed fan, but he’s hardly the first older guy with lots of money to bang a younger woman. And he sure as shite won’t be the last.

Well I agree with you about the players it is the head coaches job to keep order within his or her program. Nobody else. The head coach is responsible. Maybe he isn’t smart enough to keep a team from imploding within. Anyone that has ever played organized sports can tell something wasn’t right with this team since the first game. I agree the players don’t give a frick but it also seems like O is in way over his head
