New format with the NIL, our resources, and facilities i want Coach O back, he wants to Coach, shook the funk off the divorce. His charisma I think he be a good coach in this format two year deal, limited guarantees, he take it to coach at this level

Cann't wait on Kiffin.........the Black Bears are going to the playoffs, Kiffin's first shot at the championship...so probably not leaving the team till the season ends, in Jan.. Too long to wait, for the staff/recruits/portal personnel.

Dude - his team lost the second half 35-0 (til garbage time) last night, at home! Do you really think this program is "rebuilt" 4 years later?
The next guy isn't going to have to rebuild that. He will put his own people in spots, but those spots are defined. It's not just "coaching", it's a multimillion dollar business.
Look at Miles. He couldn't build what Saban did, but he could maintain it. Orgeron didn't maintain it, and it had to be rebuilt. You don't want a coordinator having to deal with that, you want someone who has done it before. Kelly had.
He's done that part of the job, and he's not up for the game part. But he's leaving an organization intact for the next guy to tweak.
