It's done and most all of us are happy....now finding the right Coach to turn this program around. Also, can't we celebrate with out the lude horrible comments? He's a human too, just let it go.

I disagree completely. His BEST? Taking off for a mini-vacation during a bye week? To me it was more like he was already paid for the rest of his contract, and he checked out mentally. He became half-assed, and didn't put forth the effort to REALLY put this team where they needed to be in terms of preparation, gameplanning and ability to adjust during a game.
