Our last THREE head coaches in a row have won NCs! Its mainly the PLAYERS and play calling! A decent D as well. Thanks! Yep even Coach O can win a NC with a heisman qb and a phenomenal OC.

If the last 3 coaches have won NCs there seems to be a better correlation between having good players than actually having good coaching. Recruit Louisiana and pick a few positions elsewhere and you can win a Natty.
LSU recruits it’s self. Especially in Louisiana. Every boy grows up idolizing LSU in this state.

Yeah you're right. I guess the players just recruit themselves and develop themselves and the coordinators just hired themselves. The clock just mismanaged itself on Saturday and those blonde bimbos just photoshopped Ed in those pictures. But you're right, Derek, it's not the head coach.

But yeah, I thjnk Our overall talent sorta carries O and Les.
As long as you make good Coordinator hires which neither of them were doing in the end.
Edit: Les was actually pretty good at picking DCs.
