Orgeron, Brady, and Burrow might possibly change the trajectory of LSU Football future.

So fun to watch and enjoy. Let's soak it in. Makes me miss attending LSU games. Would be so fun this year.

Far from insane, this is why Orgeron was hired.
Changing the trajectory of the program is required, and Orgeron is responsible for doing just that.

I couldn't agree more. 100% of this was done by Orgeron. Anyone who denies that is fricking stupid

I just think it's crazy we have the number 1 scoring offense in the country. I never would have believed it.

Serious question:

If this all happened LAST season...would Aleva have survived and kept his job?

I'm not wishing it were so I just wonder if this would have given him enough capital to weather the storm.

I get that. I am saying that IF he had more capital, could he have spent it and survived?

Again, I am glad he is gone. I just wonder.

Because O had a secret binder and learned from past mistakes.

If this had been a failure, who would get the blame?

Miles got the credit for the National Championship and the blame for never changing.
It wasn't his assistants.

How about the guys who never drop a ball? They had like 30 drops last year.

Had to get the right personnel in, the right guys. What took Saban so long at Bama? You one of these folks who expects instant results created out of thin air?

Notably the very least sung LSU football hero: the "thinking man's quarterback", OC Steve Ensminger.

I don't see it as if Aleva knew something about O that no one else did and he should be given credit for something. He basically had no other choice. Blind squirrel.

Kind of like the reverse of bo rein. All potential cut short. Not many saw potential.

While I agree with the statement.. There are many (myself included) who were convinced the trajectory change wouldn't be positive. Never been more happy to be wrong.

However, I think a ton of our success has to do with Burrow. I'll be very interested to see how our offense looks once Brennan steps up. Once we lose Chaisson, Divinity, Philips, etc. Etc. That will tell us if our trajectory is sustainable.. Most people thought 2019 was going to be a good year well before we got Brady. Welll before several things happened..... Most people expect this season to kind of show Orgeron's ceiling.. Which is yet to be determined.
