Makes total sense…chants at a football game lead to people shooting each other. Linear progression at its finest!

Are you seriously crying about a silly chant that we do as fans & other fanbases have worse chants? Maybe sporting events is not your thing & you should just stay home in your safe space

Have you walked around campus on game day ? Every thug highschool kid in the south is on campus. I live in Chicago and I feel safer there!

Until big money stops supporting LSU because of this, nothing will change. Thats sad.

Our lack of ability to call a spade a spade is why this shite will continue to happen.

Until we stand up and squash this shite then it will get worse.

Landry needs to be involved here.. you frick with your state’s golden goose and you pay the price.

Better call in the National Guard . Probably Antifa related since it’s a college campus. Anyone walking around dressed as a frog? Probably agitators bussed in from Portland

At least some of the problem stems from Tate getting rid of testing requirements for admission.

Although it’s easy to forget ( I know I did as an undergrad) but LSU is in the hood. Lots of tempting targets to steal. That plus alcohol in many cases is a recipe for disaster.

It’s noticeably changed within the past 5-10 years. The whole campus smells like weed. I’m not freaked out over it, but I’m definitely not sending my kids to LSU Baton Rouge.

Also was a 10 point SEC night game and the 4th quarter the stadium was half empty. "Death Valley"

Not to derail the topic but you're right. The place started to empty at halftime. As soon as the 4qtr ends, certain same people stand up and file out lie they are unaware they is another quarter.

And spare me all the "my money, my choice BS. It is your choice. Why go to the game if you are waking to your car when essential game action is occurring? I guess Instagram pictures and over the top rediculous outfits take precedent the game itself.

My 13 y/o son and his friend sat 25 rows above us in 301. I told them just to walk down after halftime and there would be plenty seats. The people in the row directly beneath me haven't seen one fourth quarter snap in at least 5 years

Not really. It's true that while the north edge of campus abuts a rough area, it is bordered to the east and south by some very nice neighborhoods. It's a shame that the trash element from the ghettos areas won't stay away.

It's like I said in another post, it doesn't matter if you steer clear of the bad areas, because the ghetto trash will just come to where you are.
