I personally dont give a frick if Les did cheat on his wife and smashed young college students. It aint me. Now if he raped them thats a whole other thing and there needs to be punishment to the fullest extent of the law. But if he flirting with these hoes and they are uncomfortable about it....like bruh. Because after reading this shite looks like he was flirting with them and shite. Or am I missing something here.

According to today’s progressive and liberal political theology there is nothing wrong with this at all. Another example for the further erosion of just common decency.

Ok...since nobody else is explaining this correctly, I’ll take it on.
Sexual harassment suits are a big deal. You can get sued pretty easily for just unintentionally creating the appearance of a work environment that is hostile towards women feeling like they have a legitimate shot at a career.
This is even more the case if management has actual knowledge of, yet does nothing about, an upper management employee who is causing the young interns to feel harassed.
This is how employment lawyers get really, really big paydays.
So by law, both LSU and Kansas have to fall all over themselves to show that they are aggressively combating any sexual harassment at their respective schools...lest they get nailed with a claim that it’s so pervasive that a known predators can stay on staff with no repercussions.
In other words...it’s all about the liability damage control. Les Miles getting some young tang isn’t a big deal. Multimillion dollar sexual harassment lawsuits, however, are a very big deal.
But here's where reading TD becomes worth your time. I'm going to ask the question that nobody else is asking.
Is what Miles is accused of a big deal? Of course it is (as explained above). His coaching career is also likely over...nobody is going to hire someone with those kind of accusations for all of the reasons that I outlined above. Only rock stars get away with that, and he's no longer a rock star. He's irrelevant.
So he'll never coach another down of significance again.
The real question is why, after all of these years, is this coming into the press now? Could it be because he's no longer coaching a top-5 program and is thus no longer invincible? That might be some of it.
But there's got to be a back story involved. Why in the world does anyone care today about what Les Miles did or didn't do with interns at least 5 years ago?
THAT'S the real story. Someone is trying to do damage to LSU, Kansas, Miles or maybe a combination of all three, and they're doing it for 2021 reasons, not because of Miles' conduct while at LSU.

1. I think this kind of stuff goes on in every major football program in the country. I’m not saying it’s right but I would think it’s everywhere.
2. What did the girl that got in his car, by themselves, think was going to happen?

The reason it's coming out now is because LSU leaked out the Miles stuff a few days ago in hopes of throwing out a red herring that the media would jump on so that the other Title IX issues at LSU would be ignored. And guess what, it's worked so far. Brilliant move by LSU. All the talk is about Miles hitting on interns and wanting to hire only hot blondes (which every other major program in the country does btw).

Yes, what he did is a huge deal. Not just because some older dude made suggestions and advances on co-eds. If Les is just some guy in a bar hitting on younger females, no big deal. Then he's just a creepy old dude and they have a choice to ignore or accept the advances. When you're in the workplace it's a very different story. This is classic sexual harassment and he should have been terminated. Especially as a head coach and a person leading a program like a power 5 football team. CEO's get fired all the time for inappropriate, "consensual" relationships or advances all the time. This should have been cut and dry from the very beginning. When it was discovered, he should have been suspended pending investigation. The university should have immediately launched the investigation and addressed the issue based on the findings. In this case he should have been fired. Behavior like this is simply unacceptable. There's no excuse. There is no claim of ignorance. These are cut and dry issues that have been addressed over and over again at organizations all over the country. If this was not a big deal and an acceptable practice then why wasn't it publicly listed in the job description? If it was the right way to do things then why isn't it a generally accepted HR practice? If you have to hide it, it aint right. I simply don't understand why programs like major college sports have such a difficult time of simply running a clean and honest program. How hard is it to just do the right things for the right reasons? If you can't then you don't possess the characteristics required to be part of the program. Shame on Miles and all that were involved or complicit in this. They should all be removed. Yes, there was nothing as serious as forced sex. No one (that we no of at this time) was held against their will. It appears that nothing truly sexual, other than a kiss, happened. No serious, long lasting damage to the girls involved. This is fortunate. But you should never have people in the program who show no ability to make the right decisions and exercise better self control. You have to be better than that. The University and LSU football were put at risk. Not to mention the young kids who were affected personally. They just simply shouldn't have been put in that position and the University should have better supported the students and should have more immediately and effectively addressed the issue.
Kind of a big deal.
Kind of a big deal.

Yea it is
He’s in a position of power and responsibility and should know better. For some reason after this 2012 championship game he lost all his marbles, and he thought this would benefit the team instead of changing offensive and/or defensive schemes. What he did was selfish

Old, narcissistic creepers who have have power, which they gained through years of people ignoring their behavior because they were successful, are really just being friendly and offering their experience to mentor young women who are naturally attracted to them so what are they supposed to do but hit on them I mean they’re not dead or gay so ¯\_(?)_/¯?

You're missing everything. Go read some of the more intelligent and detailed posts in this thread. This is not about some dude in a bar hitting on a hot girl. This is classic sexual harassment and it was largely ignored by the leadership of this University. While you're at it, read up on sexual harassment. Finally, the fact that you state things like "smashed young college students" or "flirting with these hoes" tells me that you have a lot to learn. Discounting acts like this is exactly what leads to much bigger issues and innocent people getting hurt. A young college student should be able to trust leaders in the University. No one should be able to leverage their position and offer advancement for any kind of sexual favor. It's wrong plain and simple. And they are not "hoes". They are people. They are daughters. They are sisters. They are loved people who have all the rights to grow and learn and pursue dreams the same as anyone else. They have no less value, no less significance than you, me or any other human being on this planet. Finally, the University, at least initially, acted like it was no big deal. You can take the approach of not giving a frick. That is certainly your right. I personally disagree with the position. The University and it's leadership should NEVER have taken that position.
