As a longtime fan, there are so many great players, teams and moments.

With due respect to all of those, I'm humbled to watch this team and players as a fan.

No, not yet.

If they win out, then yes.

Best LSU QB in my lifetime. Made LSU offense fun to watch in a long, long time.

I never thought the 2011 team would lose a game after the Oregon game.

This team I worry every few games they could lose.

I don’t like to worry.

I love the 2003 team.... for bringing us out of the doldrums to the top of the mountain. That set the stage for EVERYTHING you're witnessing today. 2019 could not have happened without 2003.

2003 Roster

I'm with you. As brilliant as this team has been, I've never felt once in any game that they were unbeatable.

1982 was my favorite team of all time. They went 2-8-1 the previous season, and came within a Dana Moore FG and a run for a touchdown on a very soggy field by Reggie Reginelli from playing for the NC.

With no disrespect to anyone, I think football in its current version is a shell of what football use to be.

Entertained? 1000 times yes.

Favorite? 2011 was vicious and I loved them. Game is very different 8 years later, not just at LSU.

No not yet. Will need an SEC title and NC. Great offense, but the defense has holes

2011 was my favorite team. Nobody was beating us that year other than Alabama and when we won that game I figured we would just dominate from then on. Frick Okie State and the mullet for screwing the pooch not just for them but for LSU as well.

Definitely about to be up there with '11, '07, '03, '01, '88, '86, '70.
Just 2 more, take a breath and regroup for the last 2.

That’s a tough call for me.

I feel like 2011 was our best team (until now). We all know how that ended- SEC Champs and lost to Bama. But that team was so dominant on D and it seems like, we had an avalanche of points sparked by the D or special teams that knocked every team out of the game.

2007 was sooo much fun. A bunch of close and exciting games. Won the National championship but lost 2 games that season.

2003 was a dominant D with a serviceable offense. We just kept winning that year. Out of nowhere, we won the National championship.

This years team, like the 2011 team, will have a 20 point explosion and at that point, most of our games are under control.

Let’s wait and see. If this team ends up 15-0, then YES. There will be no doubt.

But for now, the 2011 team was one of the most accomplished teams in NCAA History.

They beat the national champions
They beat the Rose Bowl and Pac 12 Champs
They beat the Orange Bowl and Big East champs
Won the SEC
Undefeated regular season
Had wins over Top 10 UGA and Arkansas

To be fair you’re disrespecting yourself with this poor take.

2007 was my senior year so that will always be my favorite no matter how well any future team does.

Unless my son plays for the Tigers one day... Then one or more of 2032-35 could become my favorite.

There’s something very special here, and I am thoroughly happy to be along for the ride. Tigers for the NC!
