The passage of time will be kind to Saban, Miles and Orgeron. Just like it has with Dietzel and McClendon.
Most forget, or don't even know, that Dietzel essentially did what Saban did. He won a NC in 1958. In 1961 LSU was 10-1 and finished #3 in the nation. Nevertheless, he bailed on LSU to go coach Army. LSU wouldn't finish a season ranked that high again until 2003. Regardless, Dietzel is revered as an LSU great...despite bailing on the program
In the late 1970's "Help Mac Pack" was seen on many cars in BR. That, despite the fact he had the most wins in program history. Today, the practice field is named after him and not that many fans look upon him negatively.
Saban, Miles and O all won championships at LSU. All coached in probably the best 20 year period in the history of the program.

I’m very grateful to Orgeron for bringing the offense to modern times and for both 2018 and 2019. Guy has a great personality and is easy to like.
Also fond of both Dinardo and Coach Archer. Certainly grateful to Saban for what he built. I absolutely hated watching Les Miles coached teams due to their sloppy play and maddening offense, but i certainly don’t have any personal ill will towards the guy. Wish him the best and think LSU should have told the ncaa to gfy when they vacated the wins and fired Wade.

John Brady became more liked once he started doing PBP, I don’t think many fans actually hate Maineri (they shouldn’t), everybody loves skip, I think everybody has become more neutral on Saban as the years have passed. Thankful for what he did here, hate him for what he did at Bama

I like and have always liked Saban, Coach O, and BK.
Saban was great. Never understood the hate for when the guy went to try out the NFL, and it's not like we were going to fire Miles and hire Nick back after he was looking for a CFB job. BK is doing well with what he was handed. Coach O gave us the greatest season of all time, but then checked out after that which got him let go, and rightfully so, but no dislike there.
Miles was immensely frustrating to both watch coach and listen to, but was fine-to-good for the first half. We all saw 21-0 and the slide that happened afterward, but I'd be much more sympathetic if he wasn't a shite person on top of it. Heard too many weird stories over the years and saw a number of text messages with my own eyes.

Hallman is out of sight out of mind.
I don’t dislike Miles or Orgeron. I remember the glory days.
DiNardo and Archer gave it their best shot.
That leaves the other guy. We can move on from thinking about him.

I had a lot of respect for Miles as a man, but not necessarily as a coach. Until all of the shite he got up to while in BR came to light.

My personal opinions FWIW:
Orgeron - Helped orchestrate the greatest season in CFB history then fumbled his dream job away. I don't hate him, I appreciate what he did but was ok with him getting fired.
Miles - We loved him until we found out he was a predator and terrible human being.
Saban - I respect him and appreciate what he did for LSU.
Dinardo - I loved him and still do. He was the first to bring back the "magic". His only downfall was his loyalty to his staff. Still a great hire in my opinion.
Hallman - yeah, hated.
Archer - Disliked because he took a great team and went backwards.

He doesn't respect us. If he did respect us, he would not have chosen to coach one of our biggest rivals

People who don’t “like” Saban are just bitter that he had historic success.
Also, idk how someone can dislike Les, sure he was a mediocre SEC football coach, but he was also hilarious.
I don’t like O
