The most physical CB of the past 30 years has to be former Purdue and Pittsburgh Steeler great Rod Woodson. At the time, he was a freak of an athlete at the CB position at 6' 204 lbs. He played the run as well as he did the pass. That is saying something for a guy who is 3rd all time in ints, 1st in INT yardage, and 1st in INT TDs.

If PP7 has half of the career that "Rod is God" had, he will have a career that will make all of us proud he was a Tiger.

Does every one see what I'm getting at look at replies champ bailey, Charles woodson except for finnegan these type of cornerbacks don't come along but maybe every 10 years. I have seen some mock 2011 draft boards that have PP going as high as #2 for this reason.

I thought of the last heisman winner at cb Charles Woodson but he wasn't a physical cb

David Boston has something to say about that.

Didnt Ronnie Lott play corner in college. Guys like him, Woodson, Tatum dont even compare to Peterson though. PP is the greatist corner to ever play the game at any level and its really not that close!

I like the bigger CBs too, but you're not gonna beat Winfield when it comes to physicality at the CB position. and him being 5'9 180 only adds to his legend.
