BK loved sitting on TV and kissing arse with all of the other wannabe “elites”. Guy was such a fricking clown

I think his 'presence" was more felt by his NOT being there. They were all talking about him and LSU rather than just being focused on the same things he's said all week and taking shots at him.
The message is "he is busy recruiting players, coaches and assembling a staff. He doesn't have time to fly to Atlanta just so a few people can hammer him for going to LSU".
