160 lb cb's aren't going to compete for a while in SEC

Flott is almost 6’2 with long arms and can run well. Bell’s track times are not great and only stands around 5’10 or 5’11.

Bell committed when Raymond was not on staff. Just reading between the lines, Steeples and Raymond have different standards.

We're not “processing” guys from the 2025 class already, but it’s not a big loss either

He would have never seen the field. Best decision for him and LSU. Wish the young man a bright future.

Meh, you can think that if you want. We’ve got 9 commits in 2025. What’s the need to “process”?

Corey is big game hunting. We absolutely have to process in order to keep numbers

Bc he’s not a take for new defensive coaches and he was a questionable take to begin with

So you think it’s better to lead on a kid they have no interest in taking rather than giving him a chance to find a good spot because LSU doesn’t need the room yet?

What makes you think LSU had no interest in taking him?

It’s very simple. Steeples recruited him and Corey Raymond is the coach now. The kid didn’t fit Corey’s measurables in what he wants in his CB’s. LSU asked him to look elsewhere.

What does that have to do with him being 160 pounds?
