On the floor, yes. That's 100% true. Especially in the triangle offense. Steve Kerr was not a PG btw. That's the difference in people that actually played vs. fans like you.

You just love to argue with people.

Lmfao, oh the irony

Also JWill logic, “leader of the 1990-91 LSU basketball team, T.J. Pugh”

“The 2006, Smush Parker led, Los Angeles Lakers”

Lmao

Again, talk to anyone that played and the leader on the floor that orchestrates the offense is the PG. You twist the word and my point and want to argue based on your interpretation of what I meant. Do I need to start posting basketball terminology for you? I'm not going to, I've gone back and forth with you for way too long.

Nothing in that post is true and you’re the one trying to twist terms. The reason I keep laughing is because you claim this is some “insider secret” when in fact it’s a public misnomer. That’s the comical irony

Many posters here who wanted McMahon gone who will, of course, not show up and take their medicine.

Thomas is good so he was always going to find a good landing spot. Reed is a nice player when healthy but hasn’t been in 2 whole years. I imagine the defending champions who will probably bring back a chunk of their roster have more wiggle room to spend on a player like Reed who they may or may not be able to count on. There’s no fricking medicine to take Dr. Butt pirate

Again it’s just a narrative 180 from the mcmen. Every player we lost in previous years under MM, mostly to better programs, were trash according to them. One of them even saying “we never lost a player we wanted to keep” but now all of the sudden, MM gone, every player going elsewhere is great because they went to a better program than McMahon had. You’re never going to get anything but double standards from these people, the straw man he added is just the cherry on top. They’re about as subtle as a rainbow colored chainsaw.

I didn’t claim anything was an insider secret man, anyone who has ever played basketball knows that the PG is the leader on the floor. He is an extension of the coach. This is widely known, so that’s obviously what I meant. Then, you twist it into me saying it’s a leader as far as in vocally, or meaning he is the best player. One of the things he will be required to do over there is vocally lead, something he didn’t do as much of at LSU.

It’s not always the PG and you should know that. Actually you do, your Steve Kerr comment, he’s absolutely a PG but wasn’t the primary ball handler. That was MJ (the leader) and Pippen, a forward.

No disrespect to him, but he can’t stay healthy. That’s out of his control.

Pretty wild, I've argued for both of these kids for weeks and turns out both of them went to substantially better programs. Both will start too.

Reed likely won’t play most of the season. I suspect he won’t be healthy.

I'm not doing this with you today man

Pippen was a "point forward"

Kerr was considered a "combo guard".

We've gotten so far away from the point I was trying to make.

As someone who played basketball, I'll bite.

Since you're such a basketball expert, can you tell us what made McMahon such a good coach, in your expert opinion?
