Let's enjoy the week and the barn melt. LSU is not beating Bama unless Tom Brady takes over Etling's body.

I knew we COULD beat Auburn, and actually picked us, but I ain't crazy enough to believe LSU has a snowballs chance in hell of making the playoffs.

If we win out and win the SEC CG then we are not only in the playoffs but probably ranked #1 in the country.

Do I think that will happen? Not at all. But you’re kind of stupid if you think a SEC championship team that has wins over three top 10 opponents and two wins over top 3 opponents doesn’t make the playoffs

There are two truisms in college football:

1) any team can lose to Troy, on any given Saturday;

2) Not every team is capable of beating Georgia and Alabama this year.

The Tigers need to ignore the first postulate, and dream of fulfilling the second one.

I would say no...we are half way through the season and don't really have any dominant wins, but a couple of bad losses. The pressure is off, enjoy the Saturdays that we have left.

LSU made the BCS championship game in 2007 with two losses. There were only two spots then, there are four now. It is possible I suppose, but I wouldn't hold my breath over it.

Not really. If a team that lost to a sunbelt team played for the national championship that would be the craziest thing I've ever seen in college football.

LSU wins out then a 1 loss Bama goes

We lost at home to a Sun Belt team and lost by 30 to a bad MSU team. I think you can answer that question.

I know most of us are optimistic right now after yesterday's COMEBACK win but let's be realistic.

It would have to be one of those fluke years for LSU to get in the playoffs, but you never know. I'd say the odds are pretty slim you none.

So what? We had several key players injured when we lost to Troy. However, the O haters went berserk and blamed it on O and his coaching staff. Like gay loons they tried to say they were incompetent. However, now that they are back, we are a much better team.

It’s possible. Beat Bama, beat an undefeated UGA in the SECCG and pray for help in the form of other P5 champs having ugly resumes, we could get in.

Highly improbable, but not impossible.

07 was a miracle. We never should have made it to that champion game.

We lost both games due to injuries to key players and poor depth thanks to O's predecessor. However, since those players have returned to playing, we are back to full strength again.

I know all the gay O haters tried to say that O and the coaching staff were incompetent, but very apparently O and his coaching staff proved all those gay O haters wrong yesterday when they came back from being down by 20 points to defeat a top 10 Auburn SEC West team, after defeating
a top 20 Florida team the previous week. The news of LSU's demise was obviously premature, and if anyone is incompetent, it is the legions of gay O haters.
