Gotta play to win.

10 wins would be a tremendous accomplishment for this season in my opinion. Just win baby!!!

Whelp - if we have a losing SEC record y'all will bitch next year and all off season more than y'all are now about QBs so whatever gets us to a win
What I'm seeing in this thread is that everyone prefers winning. That says one of two things about the people calling for BH playing time (provided the coaches think AJ gives us the best chance to win now):
Either A) they're too scared to go on record saying that BH playing time is more important than winning, or B) they're hypocrites. [I.e., saying they prefer winning now, yet wanting a QB that doesn't give us the best chance to win now.]

Just win....If it is just about next year then sit L.Collins, Porter, Magee, Rasco, Hunter, and many more.
Coaches get paid to win games and every game is important to me.

I really don't get why BH playing makes it a foregone conclusion that we'll lose. He played one bad game against one of the best teams in the country on the road. He looked great before that, certainly better than Jennings.

A bowl is a bowl after you are automatically disqualified for any of the top 6 IMO.
Harris needs to split reps the last two regular season games, and they need to compete for the start of the bowl game.
ETA: Yes, I want to win, but with our young team, accessing the future and the best players to win today, next week, 4 weeks from now, and next year, are pretty much the same thing.

Time to experiment. 5 WR sets

Making a bowl game is nothing special. 30 years ago it was. Over half of the D1 teams make one now.
Somewhere around 76 since they made two more bowl games. In 3 years, It'll probably be 80 teams. It's all just for money now.

I can't believe some one on this rant thinks Ark. is the toughest team we have played this year!

Winning NOW is what is most important. 8-4 is better than 7-5. 9-3 is better than 8-4. Think about the 2015 season starting the day after the bowl game.

Besides a qb change how does one go about preparing for next year?
Les doesn't even know who'll be back or not

win the game you have now, if you can play BH and do that, fine
Posted on 11/15/14 at 10:36 am to ItNeverRains
The most important thing is always the game lsu is currently playing. If not currently playing then the next game is the most important thing.

You can, but this false dichotomy had been pushed by the AJ fanbois for awhile now.

Win.
Also, I don't get the obsession of some with getting BH snaps right now. Manziel, Mariota, & Winston all got zero snaps their first year in college as they all redshirted. They all did pretty damn good in their second years as RS freshmen. If BH is as good as advertised and is on that level, and I believe he is, he should be ready next year regardless of how much he plays this year
