Unreal. How can one team beat another team of nearly equal talent and coaching ability 19 straight times? It's uncanny. And home court advantage hasn't been worth a hill of beans in this series

2 times is not several. Kim won her first 2 games vs Staley.

She is 0-8 since then.

I don’t think it’s mental. USCe always has a deeper bench. She can give her best 5 breaks and be ready to close out a close game.

Mulkeys Baylor programs were much better than her LSU teams. Mulkey had 6’4 dominant bigs every year at Baylor. They recruited consistently, has struggled with HS recruiting at LSU in general although 2025 class was good.

She hasn’t been able to replicate that at LSU although they are still very good just not top 3 good

Flaujae 1-8, missing many very easy shots and looking rattled as she looked vs Texas and the last SC game. If Hines gets some of those minutes and they eliminate just 3-4 of the unforced TO’s, could have been a different outcome. I really thought CKM would play Hines more in this game because she will be needed in the Tourney.

It's 90% mental and 50% physical...

Seems like neither can handle pressure.

I didn’t understand Hines but seeing a couple of minutes, she’s one of the best shooters on the team and has played really well lately .

Koval as well , to give us some size in the post and she’s proven to be a solid defender

Her win loss record says otherwise.

Also you gotta remember her national titles were spread apart and most of her finishes were elite 8.

Her tenure here at lsu is really no different than at Baylor

That was Baylor. We care about her beating USCe at LSU. Which she has failed to do everytime here.

I answered the question asked.
