He was the President if UW...gotta think that was his dream gig as a President of a university.
Could always be a reason he left there and could always be a reason to leave the NCAA I guess....would be awesome though.

Emmert was always candid about wanting to go back to his alma mater.
When I was a student, he specifically said he would only leave LSU if Washington called him home. And they did.

F’king Alexander’s current salary is a little over $600k. Mark Emmert made $2.5 million last year. No way he leaves $2.5 mil to make less and no way LSU matches that.

Well, considering right there in my post I used the words “gotta think” as well as the fact that he actually did leave LSU for that specific position....not a fricking thing. He didn’t need to tell me anything. I only had to have half a brain and pay attention to what happens around me.

I wouldn't want to be President of the NCAA. It's like Commish of the NFL. No matter what you do, you're gonna get dragged for it.
