For whoever the people are that are downvoting simple responses of "no," I assume that means you do think Orgeron is trying to tank the season. So, instead of merely downvoting, can you please explain what reason Orgeron would have for trying to tank the season when that would result in him getting fired.

Ensminger is much better than the guy he just hired today. Remember the special teams coordinator for the saints that completed bombed his last few seasons there. Well orgeron hired that guy as special teams coordinator. The hire of ensminger is 10 times better than the man he hired today as special teams coordinator.

Have you seen his buyout. He has no reason to do anything other than what he wants to do.
With such a big buyout and all the money LSU is paying out to coaches CEO couldn't care less what the fans want or to win a championship.
