All undisciplined, disrespecting, player’s beware.

Look at the programs that have these and how consistent they are year in and year out.

I am ready to be back having a National Championship shot every year, especially with the expanded playoffs coming in near future

What good is elite talent if it's suspended for weed, grades or legal issues? What good is it if it doesn't buy into the coaching and the team concept?

You can't be undisciplined, unreliable and uncoachable and expect to win.

The frick it is. Whole program needs an enema. He’s doing the right thing for the long haul.

You can always start strict and ease up over time you can never go the other way.

Y’all are missing the point. This has nothing to do with my feelings or wanting a warm and fuzzy coach.

I’m trying to be pragmatic in light of the new CFB landscape, which I don’t like at all but we have to live with.

ETA: as much as we loathe him Saban has earned the right to be a tyrant. Kelly has to show why he should be followed.

Our program had little discipline and little leadership. The culture had to,change.

As the new guy you cannot wait around and get to know people

Meeting times

Phones

Attitude

You cannot accept or allow any nonsense. None

That isn’t how leadership works when a new regime takes over in anything. You always come in hardcore. You can always back off. But once established it is near impossible to tighten things up. You go hard but be fair. I haven’t heard anything about BK being unfair. I have no concerns the man has been coaching for 31 years he knows what he is doing.

But, again, you don't know jack shite about what is going on in the program, so stop melting and acting as if you do.

Was already suspended ftom team before he ever arrived and didn't respond well to what he was told he needed to do to remain and earn his spot back is a far more likely scenario...

You do this as a transfer qb, like Burrow.

Change does not occur without conflict.
In Coach Brian Kelly, we TRUST.
The alignment is in full-effect.

This just goes to show you just how soft and sensitive these kids are today huh?

Saban didn’t have a problem with it when he came to town back in 2000.

But no, Kelly shouldn’t pander to these spoiled brats. He is doing just what needs to be done. He’s getting their arses in line and demanding discipline and if not then get the hell out of the program.

Kelly is doing exactly what needs to be done. Not making grades, being late to meetings/workouts, disrespecting and talking back to coaches are all signs of being a poorly run program. That kind of shite makes it impossible to win on Saturday’s. Either be all in or GTFO.

Can we… can we wait till he coaches a game? I get being like this about people like Wade and Mulkey, but this just sounds like koolaid talk.
