If his name was Marvin Jones things would get confusing since there’s already a Marvin Jones playing receiver in the NFL.

Marvin Jones Jr. plays for UGA. Dad was a 2 time first team AA and won the Butkus and Lombardi. Played 13 yrs in the NFL.
(Not trying to be THAT guy)

And I doubt they ever invite two players from the same team.

Matt Leinart and Reggie Bush were both invited in 2005.

So the eye test again? Bc actual stats say Nabers should be there

IMO he's better than Nabors. He just didn't have a good QB throwing to him and Big 10 Defenses are better than SEC defenses this year.

Nabors was in a shootout every game to pad his stats.

Both great players tho

Learn how to spell Nabers and maybe your dumbass opinion will be taken more seriously.

Wouldn’t putting nabers on ballot pull votes from Jayden?

Also, putting an OSU guy on the ballot will make the northern elite media writers not vote for Bo.
But people who watch football know that Jayden is the guy.

I do t mind this.

Fair or not, having a Heisman level QB is being held against Nabers

Im glad MHJr will be there. More SLOW-hio State fans will be tuning in to see LSU win another Heisman

Makes as much sense as leaving an undefeated ream that won their conference out of the CFP. College football has no credibility.

Meh don't care, they wanted B1G representation. Daniels is still winning. He will finish 4th.

The same crowd bashing Marv and his stats this year are the same crowd that trash Kyle McCord and would not be all that thrilled if he transferred to LSU.

Nabers is phenomenal, but he also had Jayden Daniels. Brian Thomas is great, but he also had Nabers & Jayden Daniels.

Marvin Harrison is a hell of a talent and they just want to recognize that by naming him a finalist, who really cares since he won’t win it…. He has made some really great plays this year, as well as Nabers

Maybe he’d be better in a different offense but the dude hasn’t put up the type of stats for him to attend New York.

It has to do with his name and accomplishments, if his last name was not Harrison with the same stats then he would just be another elite WR and not a Heisman finalist.
