Tough match up for us; they have a very big physical runner who will give us problems. I think we can score a lot of points though.

Yea, all those teams ran the ball effectively against us too.

Yea, but it comes to that talent level stuff again. Tall and big is good and stuff, but tall and big and not quick for an O-line can be a pisser. On paper, the talent level on O-line vs SEC teams we played is not comparable.

Now, rain is the great equalizer on real grass. So, all bets off if it rains.

I hope their turf is good! It's the Bucs' stadium right?

overlook this team

Anybody who overlooks this team must not have paid much attention this season.

I hope we win 48-0 but I have learned that there is no such thing as an easy win for lsu anymore, especially with Les as HC.

I watched Iowa play Ohio State and they played tough-grind it out football. They had great success throwing to their huge tight end who took one to the house to go ahead for the lead.

I think Iowa lost to OSU because Braxton Miller. Were getting pushed around by their run game ..and finally made a stand on 3rd and long and he would just go back to pass, run around and pick up the 1st down. Then their tailback made a freek athletic play to get 1st down and a TD.

We lost to ole piss, Arkansas who was 0-7 Out played us. So no use and looking at a teams record or who they played , who they beat, who they lost too. If lsu will play lsu football and our so called coach will get the team prepared , lsu wins know question, we have the offensive players to hang with anybody in the country. , so they just need to do it!!!

We also beat A&M and Auburn

They haven't beaten a single ranked team.

They haven't beaten a ranked team in 2 years.

Iowa has the best trio of linebackers in the country.

Fiederowicz is a talented TE - their QB really targets the TE's, but Rudock is not every skilled.

Iowa has a plodder at RB but he can break tackles. Name mistakes me...Mark something

Jack Hayes Junior High could give LSU trouble depending on the day and which LSU team wants to show up.

Formula for guaranteed overconfidence and complacency. If the team brought this kind of mindset to the game, they might just sleepwalk through the first half. Sound familiar?

Not a single person knows how well Anthony Jennings will play in his first start. You can speculate but he's never started a college FB game. The X a Factor in the game.

Well, I like the big Matchup that no one is talking about. How about the two Head coaches that both get paid 4 million a year to under achieve and play for it all in the Outback Bowl. I call it the UNDERACHIEVER BOWL sponsored by Advil for that noon hang over.

Their style of offense could give us a problem since they seem to be a power run team. The problem is their QB is shite and he's not scaring anyone so they will be one dimensional. LSU stack the box and make them throw it over the top on us. It's a really shitty matchup for us. Nothing sexy about this pick at all but I guess it is what it is when you lose 3 games on the season.

SO is the Ole miss or Georia coach better than Miles in your little mind? How about the Clemson coach in the bowl game last year? Get your head out of your arse you Miles loving moron. Sure is amazing how he seams to get out coached by coaches you call inferior to him.

This response makes no sense whatsoever. You take singular games in this post & use it as a metric. You obviously know what you're doing.

My response makes perfect sense. I live in the now. You only care about how many games Miles has won in the past. You think Miles is greater than Ferentz because of his history of wins. I say that means shite because Miles looses to inferior coaches all the time.

You said each earns $4/mil. a year, not "this" year. That is why I included their history at coaches at their respective schools in my assessment that Miles is a more accomplished coach.

Now go whine about Miles some more.

OK so they both got paid 4million this year. Miles coaches for a more accomplished school with better talent, yet they end up in the same bowl game. You got me. Looks like both teams got what they paid for. And no where in my orginal statement did I bring up past years. That is this year. Two Underacheiving coaches both getting paid 4 million in the same bowl game. You get in now a-hole. Go suck a Miles d@#&.
