I think that guy is far from a guarantee to be the number 1 pick in the draft. He's got to learn to throw it over the plate.

To that point, yes one pitcher can be all the difference, but we didn't get beat by him. He walked 8 batters and lasted less than 4 innings because of it. It was just a bad performance. I certainly didn't like it, and nor should I have, but it didn't change my outlook of the season. But for that person to attempt a "gotcha" towards those who may have overreacted, by presenting a ranking, when rankings are highly over-reactive at this time of every year, is pointless. The best thing to do, is just let that game go. If a person claims to not be bothered by a loss, they don't make that point very believable by desperately trying to prove that it wasn't a bad loss. It just is what it is now, and it's in the past.
