"To be clear, it is the Court’s intention to place Plaintiffs in the position they were in at the end of their last college sports season."

That is indeed very interesting language.

Next Headline “LSU and Lane Kiffin have lost control of the Indiana Football Team, Big 10 to sue every person in the state of Louisiana for fostering this environment”

I don't think either player participated in an NFL mini-camp or signed UDFA contract. I think this is a straight 5 for 5 deal.

A reset is a reset and that is what this TRO is stating.

Again, if the NCAA had a single functioning brain cell they would just admit it made a mistake by excluding the 2022 HS class from the 5/5 rule acknowledging that they were the only class since 2019 to be denied a 5 the year. Just declare that and that the 22 class is eligible, allow them a brief window to find a school then move on and make clear eligibility rules moving forward.

If you just get a local judge to give you a 5th year that others can't get, it is fine if you weren't quite good enough to spend a day at an NFL camp. But you will get about million dollars to play the amateur game again for this extra year. Got it

How can these other courts outside of Louisiana keep giving LSU this type of cover? It’s unfair!!! ( sarcasm)

Yea but the Indiana Swimmer listed competed in the TYR Pro event in August, won the 100 back and collected the 1st place money. Makes him a Pro by definition. He was competing when the NCAA reversal was announced.

Did he have any idea this ruling was coming?

Hell no
