I wouldn't mind a walk way from right field to left field where fans can stand and watch the game, similar to what Kentucky has.
I like Tennessee's tiered walkways/seating as well. Could do something like that in between the LF/RF bleachers and the batters eye.

Need a centerfield swimming pool

Seriously I'd like to see elevated platforms by LF foul area and in Left/Right Center Field. That could be done pretty easily with Alumnium Bleacher material. Make it SRO friendly like the concourse and put out some tables chairs and umbrellas.

I'm sure one of the refineries around town could spare some scaffold. Builders to erect scaffolding

I would rather them upgrade the existing seating rather than add more shitty seating. The only time LSU possibly needs more seating is for maybe 2 weekends per year.

They will start just prior to next season.

I’d like to tear down the current seating situation down the left and right field lines. Build a hidden hitting cage and bullpen down the right field lines and then chair backs on top. You can build a visitor locker room and club space on the left field line and put chair backs on top. Put the visitor bullpen behind left field wall and let the students have that area. There should be a wraparound concourse.

The problem is the choke point behind the video tower and the "property line", which LSU seemingly has no intention of changing.

Correct. Always crazy how bad LSU is at facility upgrades and construction.

I’ll get excited about upgrades when they finally get the damn bleacher seats out and chairback in. If you want to do something for the fans at least chairback the whole stadium
Totally Agree with your Point.
LSU has a Weak Vision .. they fall to see 10 years down the line. How an investment ages...Instead of doing it right the 1st time with a solid long lasting product. They Go the Cheap Route, and have to live with the results.

A place to park light towers, derelict vehicles and dumpsters is more important to LSU than making one of it's "premier" sports venues capable of generating more revenue I guess.

The "shitty" seating is what is needed to bring in more students. Pay for it with a student fee increase of $10 a semester. $600K in per year. The area in the outfield is currently just an eyesore. Hell, have the Design and Construction Management curriculum make it a class project.

Need to put a grass nole somewhere around that place so the kids can play are for students to hang out.
