Us playing an overhyped opponent and they will get the media attention, and we will give them a massive beat down

Don’t see how UT stays on the field with us physically. They lost their whole team and are now desperate for grad transfers.

Burrow is leaps and bounds above Ehlinger and will be a Heisman front runner after this game

Texas stays close first quarter, but see us pulling away and winning 38-17

I see it being a relatively close game, but us pulling away late due to depth and experience. A young but talented texas team will need time to gel and game 2 won't be it.

It being @ Texas will help them out more than Miami playing us in Texas.

I was with you until you reached for this one.

ETA: Also, there's a huge difference between neutral site Jerry World and @Texas.

I see us outlasting them and pulling away late as well.

That said, I love Burrow but he is in no way “leaps and bounds” above Ehlinger

I doubt it will be a beat down because its not a mutual site game. I think the score will be something like 27-17 or 31-20

The thing that I see with Herman teams is they usually step up in big moments. I am confident we can win, but Texas might be our second toughest game on the schedule.

They have talent and it’s at night in Austin. Nothing is guaranteed. IMO the first half will be good, but if we stay patient and play our game...no doubt we can pull away in the 2nd half. Esp with our run game vs their depleted DL/LB’s

I was following you until this. Burrow is a good QB, but he’s not Heisman material

Nah...I love Burrow's game but he wont sniff the numbers for any type of Hesiman hype. Nobody will come close to Lawrence and Tua in this year's Heisman race. Both of those guys will likely account for 40+ TDs.

Incorrect. Texas is better than Miami and it's in their house. It will be close, I think we win by a FG with the defense carrying us.

So many of you forget that it takes a while for an offense to start clicking.

He's older and more mature than Ehlinger....that alone counts for something. Ehlinger will take ill-advised risks at times.

They both threw 5 picks last year and Ehlinger threw it a decent bit more.

If Orgeron beats Tom Herman at his house, that will be a very big personal feat for him. He will be proving all of the doubters wrong if his team beats Herman's team head-to-head in Austin. Big game for Ed, personally.

The QB position may be their only advantage. I think their lack of returnees on D will create our 17 pt winning spread.

If he can beat Herman, Mullen and Fisher all in the same year, it would be a huge win for him.

I wont even go to the next level on that

Miami's quarterback was garbage. Ehlinger is pretty tough.

This game will be more like the Oregon game of 2011 minus the neutral field.
