I'd love to see that chart with added stats for fumbles and sacks

All of the JJ pumpers are the ones stating that tiger fans are terrible because we should be happy about a 13 win season. They say that cause they can't defend JJ anymore

Nah, where Miles has had it wrong the entire time is he needed a Ro/Herb mix at QB. A big guy who would stand in and take shots until Reed got clear instead of loping off, AND, Herb who was a legitimate playmaker with his arm and wheels. Instead he recruited two one dimensional QBs.

I think the most telling stat between JJ and JL is going to be 3rd down conversions percentage for the team (including runs and passes) for this season. Just separate it by who was at QB. I wouldn't even separate it by yards to go, as each QB will have set themselves up. I expect JL will come in around 40%. I wouldn't expect JJ to get higher than 30%. I wouldn't mind seeing this for last year either.

You've got to play with the cards you are dealt. And they weren't one-dimensional when recruited.

He was the one offering full rides, not the players. RG3 was in the picture when JJ was offered, how did that work out? No one would look at JL's high school vids and believe he was a runner, either.
LSU has had some average to below average QB's over the years, the program has struggled through phases, but not for an extended period like this for 4-years and having to play a transfer like Hatch. There have been some good ones, but the good ones tended to have short tenures then back to very average. Poor QB play has dogged Miles since he showed up other than inheriting Flynn.

Would have been awesome

That's called quitting, much like Miles and JJ.
Your boys.

Worthless stats. Don't include opportunity cost of running when he should be passing, taking sacks, throwing the ball 4 yards when you need 6. Jj was on a downward trend at the end of the season, he should have been pulled.

You know that would not have happened

this is why stat-mongers are clueless.
There are 4 stats that matter the most which you do not list. These are the stats that are principly attributable to a Qb's effectiveness. Wins and Losses are not one of them because there are too many variables to assign attribution.
Go find out how to get these stats, and then you have something worth reviewing.
1) Number of first downs per minute at QB
2) Number of points scored in possessions led
3) Number of 3-and-outs per possession led.
4) Number of turnovers attributable to QB

It will be interesting to see where Mett falls or conquers in this spreadsheet.
