Dude, Saban is always concerned about everything. If he sees an advantage he’ll try to exploit it

Of course he won’t be.

He’ll play and he may play great, but he won’t be healthy.

That’s such horseshite and it has nothing to do with Bama.

Your team has to be judged as your team. Not who your team would be, but for x, y, or z.

So people not remember just last year?

Tua hurt an ankle a couple weeks before LSU. There was a question weather he would play or how effective he’d be if he played.

Then he came out and lit us up.

This year is no different. He’s gonna play and he’s gonna be typical Tua.

Defense has to be ready and the offense has to match them score for score.

He had a hole drilled through his bone. There is no way he is 100% in 3 weeks.. ZERO.

Tua will definitely start. He might not be incredibly mobile so their offense may be a bit easier to defend.

I hope he plays.....set the edge and keep him in the pocket. This will validate an LSU win.

(I don't know) Did he have a procedure done last year? Was it the same ankle?

I disagree about the point of Saban sitting pretty with a loss to LSU. Although, I admit that I've been swayed by some podcasts.
If Bama loses to LSU, their marquee wins are a 7-5 aTm and 8-4 Auburn. OU might - honestly, seriously - get in over 1 loss Bama with such a dry record. 538 has us at 27% getting into the playoffs with a loss, on the other hand... too weird.
He plays Tua.
Same procedure as last year - yes, it was the same procedure but the other ankle.

Who really freaking cares? You won’t him and his best, because all you will hear is he was injured. Tua or no Tua LSU is going to beat the gumps. I believe a 14-17 point difference and predict Nickie will issue 3-4 excuses during his presser. Geaux Tigers....

I am.

I do expect, however, this to be Bama fan's excuse should they lose.

I think this is very very possible. Jones is good enough to win the game if he plays really well. It is a home game for Bama

I don't know but I hardly could tell Tua sprung his ankle when I watched him walking after the ankle sprain. So that means there wasn't much tissue damage. And that jibes with what I heard, that there was barely any swelling. Hence, if that is the case, then I'm guessing he will be a full 100 percent go when the game is played. Not to mention that the surgery also strengthens the ankle permanently for life.

He had the same procedure done to the other ankle last season. So if anything, Tua will also have very strong ankles from here on out.

The Oklahoma loss is going to come into play here. Saban knows if he holds Tua out and loses he won’t be penalized too much by the CFP. They have stayed in the past they take player injuries into account. If Tua can’t practice to participate in the game plan I think he sits. Saban is big on practice and not going to throw the guy out there if he hasn’t been able to participate. Also think they gained some confidence in Mac Jones performance. Just my 2 cents.

Have to be careful with that. I think a 1 loss PAC-10 (Utah/Oregon) team gets in over a 2nd place finisher in the SEC.

Bama will Never admit that they lost. Its always the beat themselves
Clemson almost hung 50 on them and the bama fans actually said that because Dabo Sweeney played for bama, that was like a title to them.they think that there is no way he turns down Saban's place.
