That includes Alabama. We have 3 receivers that are top 6 in receiving yards in the sec and all have unique skill sets that complement each other perfectly. Jefferson route running, chase’s hands/ ball skills and Marshall size and deep speed/ home run ability can be fully utilized in this new offense. Not to mention young high upside freshmen on the bench like Palmer and devonta Lee we are truly loaded at this position.

Bama and LSU both are scary good at the WR position. Hard to argue against either one. I think Bama is a little faster and LSU is a little more physical. Both are very athletic with good hands/ball skills and crisp route running.

I'm not ready to crown them as the best in the nation yet, but they're going to give every opposing DC nightmares for the rest of the season.

Our wideouts can do it all, and the offseason improvements the staff and WRs have made to the passing game has marked the most significant off season improvement to a single position group that I've ever seen at LSU.

They are unquestionably elite now.

That’s 3 first rounders out there. We have to capitalize this year and win the natty. We have everything we need to win it this year. If we can get a safety to go next to delpit and learn how to gang tackle we have a legit shot.

Agreed and if we can also contain the middle of the field because they were flat out attacking that area of the field Saturday. What’s scary is our WR room will her even more explosive next year with how loaded our 2020 recruiting class is at WR

Ya but without burrow, I’m not super confident in being able to utilize that talent like we can this year. I hope Brennan steps up, but right now there appears to be a huge drop off when burrow leaves.

That’s a fair point burrow has proven he’s an nfl QB those guys are hard to replace. However, we do have two 4 stars coming next year and Parrish apprently has been impressing as well. Not to mention with this new offensive staff we should be much better at developing QBs

I think the nod goes to Bama, just because we've seen them do it for an entire season.

I think OU/LSU are both 1b, you guys have an incredible group. Chase is going to have some GAUDY numbers.

LSU’s receiving trio will get drafted higher on average compared to the bama receiver trio. I give the nod to LSU.

Maybe so, I have a hard time believing Bama has anything other than three first rounders right now though.

Juedy will be a very high pick. Ruggs is borderline first round and I don’t know about lee.

I really really really think Jaylen Waddle is about to be the man. Shiftiest guy I've seen in my lifetime.

Their exploits harken back to the days of Dwayne Bowe, Buster Daaavis and Early Doucet running wild through SEC secondaries with jamarcus throwing them open while JoJo Lafell waited in the wings.

I would agree with that. Every time I’ve watched him I’ve been very impressed with his shiftiness. Maybe I’m wrong about them getting drafted later than the LSU players. Our receivers are bigger than the bama receivers, whereas bama has elite speed at receiver so it’s just a different type.
