I agree that the season has been disappointing so far.
I disagree about the season being in trouble though.
Teams get hot or cold and go on or off the bubble. They'll have their chances to make the tournament.
I don't know but it seems like they are missing something. The loss of Sims means more IMO in gelling than on court.
They don't look like a team with anything to play for.

Wade needs to decide through whom will the offense run. He has three point guards but they are all playing like there is no priority of where the ball should go first.
If they are trying to run something and the defense takes it away, what is the second option? Not shooting a contested 3 as the shot clock is about to expire.
There needs to be more off the ball movement and screening on offense. Right now the offense looks too much like an NBA spread, penetrate, and kick out for a 3 but without good outside shooting.
