If a player was charged and the evidence looked credible he'd be suspended pending the trial and kicked off the teamk if convicted.
Everyone else would be run until they were rolling in their own vomit. Then they'd have to clean the field and practice.

I think that is what most people are saying. If you have rules then you should enforce them or don't have rules.Breaking rules should have consequences and the players should be aware of the consequences.If they then choose to violate the rule then suffer the consequences like a man.

Everybody is such a whore for winning now nobody would do this anymore but here is the gold standard:
