I'd give the OL Pass a D+. It was the right side that was horrible.

B+

The dude played the hands delt. An int and not picking up the corner blitz keeps him from an A. But the fact that he recognized it and will work to correct it gives him the "+"

Yeah, and OBJ and Shep dropped passes in their chests.

I'd say B/B-. The pick was bad, but it was a worse play call than throw. Give the ball to Hilliard and get the TD.

OL an F?

Keep in mind it is Mett's job to recognize blitzes and audible protection. He's got to get better with pre-snap work, as someone mentioned.

I thought the gameplan for attacking the UNT secondary was bad. The pass blocking was also pretty bad. Those guys should know the pre-snap audibles to protect the QB. Mett got hit on almost every pass where he was looking down field. So I say A on Mett's performance, C overall for the O-line. Good run blocking, terrible pass protection.

How can anyone honestly give the qb or the offense anything above a C-? I mean no records were broken! Didn't even sniff 650 yards of total offense??? I say F!

Mett should get an A it was the play calling he was 70%. He executed what he was told to do.
Miles will not throw down the feild!

Ala has an answer for that. So will an improved Ark and maybe an improved Aub. You can't win Championships as a one one demensional team.

Miles is treating Mett like he's Jefferson.

He was almost decapitated... and you don't think that might have a little bit to do with the play calling? Making deep passes where he needs to read the d and be on the top of his game isn't something you want to force him to do FOR NO REASON when he might still have a few cobwebs up stairs due to that hit!

Nahhhh... just kidding! Fire Miles!

I'm glad you have such omniscience after one game against NTSU.

The coaches told him to throw an ugly interception in the red zone?

OL was abysmal ...Our QB's always seem to be running for their lives...
As good as our Defense is. it always seems the other teams QB has more time to throw..

I blame this squarely on the Coaching Staff...

C...I expected better, but maybe my expectations were too high. Call me silly, but my predominant thought during the game was, "I see why he wasn't starting last year."
He'll have to improve before Nov. 3.

Pathetic post..
You must not be an LSU fan...

Which explains most of your posts....

You guys are generous.
C- at best.
Low throws, missed targets, for as mouthy as he is, I expected better.

97 yards passing at halftime...

That brought back memories.
