Do you plan to try and purchase on the secondary market from those that do? Or do most on here plan to just ride It our at home due to possible no tailgating, etc?

Being one of the 25k isn’t much of an excitement factor. I will be interested to see how they spread everyone out. I guess every other row

I’ll probably try and go to 1 or 2 depending on the prices but I expect most of my viewing will be done from my back porch

And there are no paper tickets this year..hopefully with 25% capacity there will be enough cell service to complete a transaction at the stadium on game day

My understanding is that every season ticket holder account that did NOT opt out will get at least 2 tickets.

LSUAD needs to add 5,000 students on top of the 25K to season ticket holders.

My guess would be every other row and skip a seat between attendees.

Just using numbers

100,000 seats every other rows puts you at 50,000 available in the rows used. Now 1/2 of those seats used puts you at 25,000 seats used which is 25% capacity.

That’s not including suites, VIP, Band or broadcasters. So it could be 2 seats between every fan every other row.

I'm trying to go to Vandy. Their fans don't show with no virus so hoping secondary market tickets are reasonable

LSU President Tom Galligan says he expects students will have to prove they’ve been tested in order to get football tickets.

“Testing incentives,” he says.

That's 25K minus tickets for all the players & family ( guessing some limit there), the band, staff members & family, 500 for visiting teams, however many suite tickets ( no doubt they will have priority tho LSU may deny that ) are made available, necessary LEO, necessary stadium marshals, & concession staff.Do the math, there won't be anywhere close to 25K in the stadium.

I’ve relied on the secondary market for all of last year, so why change?

I’ll try, but not very hard. It helps that I live close by.

So if you have 4 season tickets and you only get 2, are you refunded for the other 2? Nothing has been made clear as to how that will all work. Getting only half your tickets for only 5 games (and parking) doesn't seem like a great deal for $7000! I opted out and will watch on TV and use the money next year.
