Personally, all chairbacks of the same color.
For the players, move the bullpens off the field and in the process move the outfield fences to their posted numbers.

based on a quick google map measurement compared to the numbers posted on LSUSports.net, they seem to be correct.

Have the stands closer to the field and not as slanted so that it would hold the crowd noise better like Tiger Stadium does.

Huge upgrade to the outfield bleachers, add grills/cooking stations, add covers to the bleachers or a berm.

Hate to say it but A&M's bullpen is nice. Great feature for the kids too. They can watch from up above as the pitchers warm up.
