Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me 5 times in a row shame the frick on me.

I've got no faith anymore in Miles ability to beat Saban. The dude blows Simple Les out of the water in regard to game planning and in game adjustments. I have no doubt that if we were to play Bama again, the same thing would happen. We haven't scored more than 17 points on Bama in 5 years. Its crystal clear that Miles has no idea how to create a successful offensive gameplan against them.

Call me a pussy. So be it. I want nothing to do with another game against Bama. 6 losses in 4 years? A loss that would either send them to the championship game or a loss to directly hand them another trophy. I'd rather just avoid the whole embarrassment all together.

You may be delusional. No way this team does any such thing. We will get a really good picture of what CLM has inside his coaching innards the next three games. The team has yet to play a good game.

1 Deer antler spray
2 dry field without 100k bama fans
3 attack downfield early and often
4 be the ones with a chip on our
shoulder

Next year: all of the above + 3 to 4 new 5 stars in the Dline rotation

Edit: and hope the team doesn't have CaliTigerHBs attitude (below)

For starters we need to try and find someone on defense who can tackle D. Henry, or they will just run him and chew up the clock. I have seen it happen, in fact not that long ago

I personally don't want to play them again this year.

Holy hell, do you even watch LSU play the last 5 years? WTF makes you think they will wrinkle shite? Especially if they are lucky enough to win out doing the same shite the previous 5 years.

They won't. Miles won't. He will quit again before wrinkling anything.
...it's hard to give up hope for things to get better with our offense, especially with the talent we see wasted week after week.

I have finally put aside those unrealistic expectations and accepted that CLM will NEVER change.

R U Insane??? I'll be shocked if we make it to 9 - 2. This simply is a team with a great running back and inconsistent everything else.

How things change in one week lol

What was bama after ole miss?

What was ole miss after UF?

What were we after UF?

The same people that never saw this coming against bama, are now convinced this is what we'll see from here on out. They were wrong once, and probably will be again. All this proves is we know nothing, enjoy your 7-1 tigers that are currently at #9 in the CFB playoff rankings.

Every week is different. Our "team with just a running back" can stack up against anyone left on our schedule. 9-2 is a safer bet, but 10-1 isn't a bad bet either.

I remember when our season ended twice in 2007. This thing isn't over yet

The biggest issue was at the center position. Weathersby to RT. Alexander RG, Teuhema LG. Not sure if you can really move Pocic out.

If it's the line this past week then next time it will be quarterback play. Let's face it Alabama is better coached than lsu, has better utilization of talent and whips lsu's arse with regularity. Except for a few years back it has always been that way.

Won't happen and Miles won't change a thing on how he runs the offense.

If Clapp can do as well at center as he does at guard, I think this rearrangement, or something similar, could make for a better OL. I think those positions are more natural fits for Pocic and Alexander anyway.

I don't why people down voted this (or maybe I do). I think what you're saying makes a lot of sense. Even taking a rematch scenario out of the equation, the time/preparation for a bowl game allows an opportunity for some shuffling where guys can get accustomed to different positions.

There isn't much of a basis for what you're saying, right?

Teuhema was taken out of the game vs. Alabama late in the third quarter.

Clapp moved to LG, and Toby Weathersby moved to RG.

Can you name a few specific plays that you're talking about regarding Clapp? (Answer - no.)

The blocking scheme would have to change. There's no way in hell we could just try to blow them off the ball.

But there are an number of different things the coaches could try

Pocic at LT and move Hawkins back to RT is just one of them

Yeah, I thought about that too, because Hawkins really had some issues at LT.

Not sure if Boutte has made any strides from earlier in the year.

I'm not sure about that either. He would probably have some issues in pass protection, but I think he could help in some way from a strength/power standpoint in the running game.
