Oh I guess gumps have you brain washed .They will lose a few games this year.They will be talented but very young.SEC is no joke son.I as an older fan here have lived with this for years of how USC would have whooped our asses.West Coast press actually gave part championship to USC.I beleiev it was last split championship.I know we got BCS trophy but would it not be great to get some of that arse?

We could beat North Texas in the NC for all I care. I couldn't care less about losing to bama if we won the MNC

It would lessen the blow for sure, but there is a psychological aspect to this as well - and that is Miles still in Saban's shadow. Like it or not, that is what we have to deal with in the long term.

Just for the record, I expect a very talented Alabama defense to have some growing pains (see 2010) and probably drop a couple of games next year, including @LSU. However, if Alabama is somehow good enough to win @LSU, how would they possibly lose two other SEC games? Who would beat them with the possible exception of Arkansas?
