Umm, what about not looking don’t you understand?
How many people frets did O have prior to dumbass Alleva hiring him?

did you get a dunce cap for Christmas ?

I would think most LSU fans would have figured out why Les Miles has had absolutely zero job offers since he was fired.
Everybody else in the country could see it. I guess there is still LSU fans that don't.

Miles played Alabama tougher
This one is 100% false. In 2016, it was 0-0 until the 4th quarter. In 2017, LSU dominated everything but the scoreboard and would have won if the QB would have hit the easy wide open down-field throws instead of completely wetting the bed.
The coaching and the gameplan has been much better under Orgeron. They gave the players a chance in the games, but the players did not come through.

How many did O have?
Like the OP said, did we improve from Miles?

If not for a lucky wildcat break, O would have scored all of 3 points against Alabama I two years.
Bama shite is out at home last year and was taking a victory knee this year.

News flash.
O hasn’t really played Bama close either.
Last year defense played great but we were shut out 10-0.
This year we lost by 14 and despite our gaining them yardage wise, the game was never really in any doubt.

For the same reason nobody else wants Miles as a head football coach !
That doesn’t make him a bum.
I was on the fire Les bandwagon as much as anyone, but only a complete idiot would try to deny the really great things he did here for a decade. Including 3 SECW titles, 2 SEC titles, won a NC and played for a second.
Now, though in thought it was time for Les to go, I didn’t think the worse coach in Ole Miss history would ever be his replacement.

Man this is such a cool topic. Now Rickdaddy and grandpa so and so can wage war about Miles and his record. Very original. LOL

So Les Miles running the ball up the middle into a brick wall, punting a million times, and losing 5 times in a row to Bama was a much better showing than what Orgeron has done the last two years?

Well hell print the t-shirts!
Les problem was that he was 10-8 in the SEC since 2013 ended Tiger program was clearly declining.
Firing him was right regardless of who was hired.

Better? No. Different? No. Why pay more for the same results?

Any LSU coach who loses to an inferior team like Troy, and gets blown out by Miss St should face the firing squad, period, IMHO.

I think the gameplan has been much better regardless of the final result. The players have been put into a good position to win, but have failed to come through. Hopefully O can recruit the players that he needs to perform well in these games and sting Bama when they have the chances to.

So we wouldn't get illegal procedure calls coming out of TO's. :bang head:
