He seems to be making some noise with Coastal Carolina, may be worth a interview

But Napier worked on Saban's staff so its a no brainer.

Both are risks.

Both could be value hires.

I’d prefer a better resume than an up and coming coach from a small school.

I wonder if Chadwell’s over the top religious stuff would go over well here.

Chadwell is a guy I’d definitely be interested in.

He’s done way more with way less and gotten his programs continuously better. I think he might get a job like USCe instead eventually but I’d be interested.

Napier not going to be interviewed. Woodward will swing for the fences.

Such as? I know he was at North Greenville before Charleston Southern, but I highly doubt his faith would be a problem here in Baton Rouge.

He should at least be interviewed. Napier too. I'd include Freeze. Campbell also. They are all worth interviewing.

I'm basing this on the idea that the head coach that can build a program up, they can take what we have an run with it.

Pulling a coach from a P5 school ranked in the top-15 rarely happens... for any program. Doesn't mean we don't try, but it is highly unlikely. So the established and highly successful guy most here want to grab is likely not happening. No coach is going to leave success, that he's built and is getting credit for, for the risk of having less success.
