Nah. Tennessee is more fitting for that game. I wouldn't blame them. We don't have time for USC.

Wouldn't settle a thing, you're right, but it sure would feel great to beat them, even if they are a bit scholly-challenged.

First, there's not going to be a mass exodus of players from the program, so while they will be 'weaker' in 2011 it won't be by much (2012 or 2013 might be a different story, tho). Besides, Kiffin's animosity towards the SEC and the lack of bowl eligibility will allow him to get his guys plenty geeked over that game.

All I know is, after nearly a decade of having to deal w/ ESPN arse kissing and major media excuse making, I just want a piece of that team.

Getting thisclose to getting them in the Rose Bowl a few years ago only made it worse for me, at least.

Would love to clown those assholes and their overrated coach, that's all I'm saying.

Look guys, USC would schedule anyoen anytime to improve thier image to recruits right now.

They have nothing to lose and everything to gain by playing and beating teams in the major conferences. THey would love to say, "hey we went down to BR and beat an SEC team at thier house" to all of thier recruits.

Verge Ausberry talked about wanting to schedule a neutral site, inter-sectional game that is an attractive matchup that's easy to promote.

A yearly game in Dallas would be a huge deal for LSU. Recruiting and money wise.

I'd love this as long as our team/staff is not the suck.

If USC is really looking for a neutral-site cage match with hostile opposing fans, it should give LSU a call. They're waiting. They've been waiting. And drinking heavily. And since both teams seem to be in the market, there's no excuse for not making this happen.

The PAC has a winning record vs. the SEC in the past decade. Jus sayin.

PAC is better than some in SEC country pretend but...

USC beating Auburn twice, Arky once and Oregon beating Miss State twice does that (Auburn and Arky were decent but not elite teams so those were all mismatches in teh PAC's favor)

LSU has beaten several of their PAC opponents in close games - but they also have something like a 9 game winning streak against them

Anyway, maybe this will shake out with LSU facing USC - more likely it ends up being someone else

LSU v USC in Dallas in 2011 would be epic.

UT would never allow this to happen....and we all know UT runs college football in Texas.

UT doesn't run Jerry Jones. And Jerry owns the stadium. I'm all in for this.

USC vs. LSU in Dallas would be the shizzle.

Who's with me?

LSU hasn't lost to a Pac "10-15" team since 1979.
