If the QB was strictly about highest ceiling, who would be y’all’s choice to be QB1 vs FSU

Now we know being an sec QB is more than jus having talent. Pocket presence, ability to go through progressions and poise under pressure are all vital to succeeding as an SEC qb. Having said all that, if the decision came down to which QB gives the offense the highest ceiling of being high powered and explosive who would be y’all’s selection?

No one here has seen enough of any of these guys in this system to even halfway form an educated opinion.

Any response here is all emotionally based.

Very important missing piece to your question. Highest ceiling for only this season or also going forward?

Give me Brennan for most wins this season
Nuss if we are looking at the future also
And Daniels never, Taysom hill showed me what a running QB that can't really throw looks like :-)

Nuss is to immature as a Qb. Will make a ton of mistakes. So not him imo

Numbers generated this year? That would be different if the QB started this year and next years numbers.

These are two totally different questions.

Walker Howard had the highest ceiling.
Brennan has the ability to give the offense the highest ceiling.

Jayden, without question. His ceiling is a first round NFL QB.

He won't get drafted at all.

Based on what I know today, any of the the three can be a first round pick. We forget that Burrow was not all that amazing his first year but he worked his arse off and we know the rest. So, I can’t tell who has improved or is improving under these new coaches and system yet. Don’t forget, it was Max throwing to Boutte for 225 yards vs Ole Miss ie our QB does not have to be perfect, per se. Nuss’ arm does pop tho - have Drew Brees come coach him on accuracy and he’ll be the next Dan Marino

I know it was only a Citrus Bowl but for the record our SEC defense with Jamal Adams totally shut down Lamar Jackson who won the Heisman that year

I think all four are winners but Daniels has the wheels to break a defense to pieces. I love Myles, he's one of us but I'm going Daniels, Brennan and Nuss with Howard redshirting.
