Why would he do that? He may have been at LSU for a few years but that man is crimson red throughout.

I'd thank him to turning our program around. It all started with him. People like Les Miles and Ed Orgeron should be thanking him as well.

Our program was good to mediocre and inconsistent. He made us a winner and established a culture.

Brian Kelly can thank him as well.

I would leave him alone and not bother him at all. I would go on about my business and leave him to go about his business as well.

Bama is just trying to hold onto the Saban shadow and make it seem he is “still around” to retain the kids he recruited and make new recruits this year and next believe Saban will be active by him “keeping an office”.

This is a PR, retention, and recruiting move. Recruits come meet coach Saban. I doubt he wants to be used as a prop. He will disappear quickly. This is propaganda.

Can you see the new coach telling parents “Saban is still around, he has an office.”
