My dude, you've been melting faster than a bag of snow dropped in the gulf of Mexico all over this board lately.

Words have meanings. I don't expect you to know any better though.

Funny
To The Rant, 'respect' only lasts as long as the win streak.

That’s pretty true statement.
Especially when you hate the guy you gotta give respect to.

That's wrong. To the posters on the board with any sense, "respect" is earned once the body of work has been completed. It is not given and taken away on a week to week basis.

LSU could blow the doors off of UGA and turn around and lose to MSU the next week and then what would the UGA game mean?
Exactly, which is why deciding to respect a coach on a week by week basis is retarded.

You should prob go back and edit.
Wouldn’t want others to think you’re a moron for getting Auburn’s HC wrong.

That's ... kind of how this works, man. A big win can be negated by a big loss. Now, if O had a long track record of success or had ever accomplished anything of note as a head coach, you'd see a lot more people granting him the benefit of the doubt. Of course there would always be holdouts that will bitch regardless. You saw that for 11 years under Les. Bottom line is people want to see something before crowning him.

If you had any shred of a brain what so ever, and would be an actual LSU fan instead of an Orgeron fan, this would be your argument.
- The UF game meant nothing at all. LSU could afford a loss to an SEC East team this season. Win against UGA and you are right back where you need to be. Bama was going to be must win anyway, in order to win the West. Accomplish those things, win the rest of the games (which you should win) and then play UGA again in Atlanta. Win that game and you are playoff bound.
P&G, I give you my blessing to copy and post that. At least then, your argument would be a valid one with some logic behind it.
Of course, you didn't use that argument before for 1 of 2 reasons.
1- you are too dumb to think of it yourself, and don't really care about LSU anyway. You are just here to demand respect for your boy toy.
2- even you are smart enough to know that this scenario is highly unlikely (which also shows you are not much different than anybody else, because you can't show faith in your savior either).

This dude signed up in 2005 and 95% of his posts have come since October of 2016.
Who he's truly a fan of is pretty obvious.

That, ladies and gentlemen, is how you steelman a person's argument to give them the benefit of the doubt.
In p&g's case, it was probably not worth the effort, but I salute your effort in attempting to give his argument a fair shake.
