That’s a very bizarre means of judging the success of Torina’s tenure. 3 programs that were better than LSU when she took over and are better now (with the jury still out on Tennessee) is a black mark against Torina?
Multilevel arguments and evidence being presented here: LSU historically as a program in conference, LSU historically as a program nationally, LSU as a program under Torina in conference, LSU as a program under Torina nationally, and the rise of other programs in relation to LSU during Torina’s tenure.
I’m done arguing with you. It’s seems your reading comprehension is lacking to understand the arguments being made, which your counter-arguments/evidence all support, that clearly show that LSU has been passed up and/or caught both nationally and, more specifically, in conference as a program during the last decade plus.

My reading comprehension is fine. It’s your logic that is flawed. LSU being passed up by programs 7 years before she arrived is not her fault and is an absurd thing to hold against her.

Okay, I went back and re-read all your posts. I agree my comprehension of the arguments you were making was flawed. You weren’t directly holding LSU being passed by Florida, Alabama and Tennessee against Torina. Indirectly, I still believe that you are in the way you are interpreting the trajectory of the program.
So, first let me state the agreements on facts, then discuss the disagreement with the interpretation of those facts. I agree with you that LSU once was the top program in the conference. I agree with you that they have since been passed by Florida, Alabama, and Tennessee. I agree that Auburn and Arkansas have more recent conference titles, but I disagree that those translate to those programs surpassing LSU. Finally, I agree LSU has slipped both nationally and within conference since 2017. That is where the legitimate criticism lies.
The main issue I have with your interpretation of the facts is the implication that LSU has fallen as a program from where they were in the 1999-2004 time, at least with the implication that period was the height of the program. Your own surprise that Tennessee does not have more conference titles illustrates my point. Tennessee went to 7 WCWS in 11 years from 2005-2015, but won the conference regular season only once in that time frame. Likewise LSU went 4 times in 6 years from 2012-17 with no titles. Does that mean LSU was stronger than either program when they won 5 regular season titles in 6 years from 1999-2004 but only made the WCWS twice in that time span? No, it just means the conference was weaker at that point in time. More specifically, Florida and Alabama had not yet grown into by far the strongest programs the SEC has ever had. Not displacing them at the top from 2012-2017 does not mean that Torina did not build the program to its highest level at that point in time. The trajectory of the program under Torina was undeniably positive in her first 6 seasons.

He doesn't care that much about girl's softball. It's not that important.
